I am an enterprise and technical solutions architect with experience across Microsoft communications, collaboration, directory services, identity, messaging and cloud transformation. I have worked in public and private sector environments, from focused migrations to global platforms supporting tens of thousands of users.
My work covers the full change lifecycle. I lead technical workshops, options analysis, future-state architecture, detailed design, migration planning, hands-on delivery, governance, supplier management and early-life support. I work with engineers, programme teams, security and data architects, vendors and stakeholders up to C-level.
I combine architecture with practical delivery. The aim is to produce roadmaps and designs that account for real dependencies, cutover risk, operational support and the people who will run the service after the programme ends.
